Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with what you have purchased from us.  However if for whatever reason you are not happy you can return the items to us for a full refund.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will process your refund or replacement within 48 hours of receiving it back, although depending on your bank it may take a few days for them to process our refund request.

Note that some items, generally those of a personal nature, may not be returned.  If this is the case it is stated on the web-page of the product.

If you've simply changed your mind the goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You can ship via Royal Mail first or second class or courier.  Items heavier than about 2Kg would automatically be sent by courier.  A tracking number is provided for items sent in this way and we typically use DHL or UPS.

Orders are normally dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Note we do not offer next day delivery as a shipping option.

We stock all items listed on the website, but sometimes, where there is exceptional demand, there may be a delay while we re-stock.  If this is the case then we will contact you to let you know and give the option to wait for the item to be re-stocked, or arrange for a credit for those items.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery can take up to 20 business days, although in reality most arrive in a few days.  For overseas orders they can take longer, up to 30 working days.  We are not able to process refunds for orders until this time has passed.

Often our orders are sent in boxes, which do not fit in the standard letterbox.  Royal Mail will normally leave a note to say they have been returned to their sorting office.  So before contacting us, please check with them.
